Yet you have not got my refund yet! Again I asked like, but you have not heard anything. Has anyone else had this problem with them?
I had the same problem a while back with a bag that I'm back – not because I did not like, but because it was defective, and I did not get a refund until I phoned the company and asked why the money had not yet turned in my card. Interestingly, knowing that he was aware of the problem, the money was put on the same day. I would like call or send this company, and say they wonder why the money has not been returned. If you make a fuss, ask to speak to the manager. I hope this helps x
