I'm in the process of loss weight and I need input as to whether these measures are good for my purpose or what 25 waist 35 bust 35 hips 33 thighs 19 navel …..( i know that one can need help), these are good or I have to make adjustments ….
If you are in now ………. measurements stay there and not lose more. Your body mass seems to be fine for your height. Just stay fit and eat healthy.
